Personal Injury Paralegal

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing personal injury law firm in Greenville, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility while working closely with attorneys and clients.
Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial, serving as a key point of contact for clients
- Conduct initial client intake, gather case details, and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of the case
- Order and review medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation
- Draft and send letters of representation, spoliation letters, and records requests
- Handle pre-litigation case development, including demand package preparation and settlement negotiations support
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions
- Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist attorneys with litigation strategy, deposition preparation, and trial support
- Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case progression to ensure timely movement of files
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and documentation
Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a personal injury legal environment
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and case development
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
