What You Will Do:

• Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and complex discovery responses (Interrogatories, RFP, RFA).
• Prepare for trial, organize exhibits, coordinate expert witnesses, and handle trial notebooks.
• Seamlessly navigate SC State and Federal filing systems.
• Serve as the professional face of the firm, guiding clients through the high-stakes litigation process.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a litigation-heavy role
• You prefer the collaboration and focus of a professional law office environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and court deadlines and statutes of limitation.
• A proactive problem solver
• A Bachelor’s degree, Associates in Legal/Paralegal Studies (Or a Paralegal Certificate) is not required, but it is a plus!
