Personal Injury Attorney – Partner Track (Seattle, WA)

Location: Seattle, WA

Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite with Flexibility

Experience Required: 5+ Years, Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury

A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Seattle is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with strong litigation skills, the ability to independently run cases, and an interest in a clear and achievable partner track. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney coming from a smaller plaintiff shop who has a modest book of business (not required) and is looking for long-term growth and leadership opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is an attorney who can manage serious PI matters from intake through resolution, provide a high-touch client experience, and help strengthen and grow the firm’s presence in Washington. Candidates with trial experience or first-chair experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will handle a manageable caseload with significant resources behind you, allowing you to focus on high-quality advocacy rather than volume.
