The Position

We are seeking an experienced plaintiff's personal injury attorney to join our growing team. This is a meaningful role with real responsibility. The right candidate will handle a diverse caseload of serious personal injury and wrongful death matters from pre-litigation through trial. You will work directly on high-value cases, have access to firm resources and support, and be part of a collaborative, high-performance team that is committed to excellence in every aspect of legal practice. Qualification Requirements

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience handling personal injury cases as a licensed attorney.
• Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and comprehensive case management.
• South Carolina trial experience and plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics, client service, and practicing law at the highest level.
• A motivated self-starter with the drive to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues alike.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

This position requires substantial experience and is not intended for entry-level candidates.

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation structure commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability.
• Base salary with performance-based bonuses - compensation range $100,000 to $500,000+, with no ceiling for the right performer.
