Our client a top NJ personal injury law firm has an immediate need for an experienced personal injury attorney for its Clifton, NJ office. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of New Jersey personal injury experience. This is a great opportunity for someone to thrive and grow! Responsibilities include:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through settlement
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
• Draft demands, negotiate settlements, and prepare case files
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings for trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
• Compassionate, driven, and dedicated to client service

Compensation range is $85K-$140K depending on experience
