The compensation for this role will be $20 -$30/hr.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and document preparation
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Run business errands as required
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects
  • Track expenses and assist with basic financial/administrative tasks
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks
  • Competency in performing general Clerical Skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities, multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in real estate, private equity, or related industries is a plus
