JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Assurance Manager will provide plant-wide continuous improvement that results in exceptional quality performance. You will have the opportunity to reinforce foundational quality principals, as we develop innovative manufacturing and inspection processes to build high quality semiconductor, defense, and data infrastructure products.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain effective quality control processes
  • Lead and mentor quality personnel
  • Perform statistical analysis
  • Oversee product recalls and TRB disposition
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly Quality Report
  • Act as customer liaison in matters of quality policy, expediently responding to any complaints or inquiries
  • Chair TRB and CA/PA system
  • Coordinate the Corrective/Preventive Action Program
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Managerial experience required
  • Technical degree, or equivalent experience
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Management systems
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • PCB Manufacturing experience a plus but not required


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organized and excellent at time management.
  • Able to work in a fast-pace and high-pressure environment.
  • Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR; US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year DOE
