We’re growing our back-office team at AGM Tech Solutions and are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our U.S. payroll operations.

• Process multi-state U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Manage the biweekly payroll cycle using ADP Workforce, ensuring timely and accurate processing for employees and contractors
• Support payroll data entry, timesheet collection, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Track and maintain employee leave-of-absence records (FMLA and state leaves)
• Administer and update payroll records including deductions, benefits, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and PTO balances
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and banking information while ensuring compliance with data protection standards
• Respond promptly to audit requests and support compliance efforts while meeting established deadlines
• Address employee payroll questions and partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters
• 2-4 years of experience processing U.S. multi-state payroll
• Experience with ADP Workforce preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and employee support skills
• Experience in the staffing industry or a similar domain is strongly preferred
Onsite/Hybrid 3 days a week in Manalapan, NJ
