Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing and administer pay-related tasks, including ensuring compliance with payroll policies and regulations. Responsibilities include managing garnishments, processing payroll, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll services for all team members. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
• Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes handling
• Proficiency in payroll software and tools
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a similar payroll position is preferred
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience of at minimum 2years
• Experience in HRIS (Paychex, Workday, Deputy Timekeeping system is a plus)
