Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

The Paralegal will support the law firm by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting detailed legal research, and managing case files. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely filing of documentation, providing administrative support for various legal processes, and at times serving as a primary point of contact for clients through phone and email. This role involves regular client-facing communication, including responding to inquiries, following up on matters, and keeping clients informed on case status. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and a strong work ethic are essential.


Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr Start Date: Immediate


Qualifications

  • Law Clerk experience or background in a paralegal/legal support role preferred; paralegal certification is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills, as accuracy is critical in this role
  • Familiarity with business law, contract law, and business formation documents such as LLCs, operating agreements, and incorporation filings
  • Exposure to legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
  • Comfortable communicating with clients professionally via phone and email
  • Experience with Clio or similar legal software is a plus; multilingual abilities, particularly in Portuguese, are advantageous
