A well-established, boutique litigation firm in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and case-related documentation with minimal oversight
• Oversee case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and organization at every stage
• Conduct in-depth legal research and synthesize findings for attorney review
• Proactively manage deadlines, filings, and case calendars across multiple attorneys
• Support trial preparation, hearings, and overall case strategy
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination across attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required
• 8–10 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a litigation-focused environment
• Demonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous roles
• Experience with commercial litigation, construction, real estate, or legal malpractice strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
