Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, conducting legal research, managing document review processes, assisting with case preparation, trial preparation, and maintaining clear and professional communication. The position supports the attorney delivering high-quality legal services and requires excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review related to legal cases
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Familiarity with legal software and technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certification preferred
• Experience working in a legal environment or law firm is highly desirable
