Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Prepare subpoenas, interrogatories, deposition notes, legal briefs, and requests for production
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication
• Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Identify and analyze applicable laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to cases

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of legal experience
• Highly organized with excellent communication and client relations skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• High School Diploma required; college degree and Paralegal Certificate are a plus

Normal Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
