HARDING & ASSOCIATES, P.C. is a personal injury law firm located in downtown Denver, Colorado. Our team at this office is on-site with no remote staff. We feel that the best practice of law is when we can openly collaborate on cases. All of our doors have the middle cut-out with glass inserts. We are constantly bouncing ideas off each other and don't feel that remote workers can foster that same level of excellence.
We believe the importance of work/life balance. There are are 4 of us in the office and each one rotates a Friday off. We get our pleadings/filings/demands done days before they are due to help eliminate stress. We rarely have last minute filings and will keep it that way.
Salary is in the $60,000/year range depending upon experience. Benefits include, 401k, health insurance, vacation/sick pay, parking and working with three other professionals (two attorneys and one case administrator) that all care for each other and our clients.
Role Description
This is a full time role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, organizing, and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with document review. The role requires regular communication with attorneys and clients to ensure case preparation and progression. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining case files and supporting attorneys in administrative and procedural tasks as needed.
