Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. In this role, you will assist with drafting and preparing legal documents, coordinating with clients, and maintaining organized records. You will also fulfill administrative tasks, manage communications, and provide general support to attorneys to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

We are looking for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant with an interest in a long-term role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal practices, including knowledge of law and legal procedures;
• Experience in preparing pleadings and familiarity with related software, such as e-filing;
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively with clients and team members;
• Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, file management, and office operations;
• Background or experience as a Legal Assistant is highly beneficial; and
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
