Paint Prep Laborer

Job Overview:

Support a fast‑paced manufacturing team by washing, prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts on a paint line. This role also offers training in powder coating with opportunities to grow.

• Wash and prep metal parts before painting
• Load and unload parts on the paint line
• Hang parts on racks and remove finished products
• Learn powder coating (spraying paint on metal parts)
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Help with general production tasks
• Follow safety rules and keep your work area clean

• 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for long periods
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Experience with painting or powder coating is a plus (training provided)

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Anoka,MN.
