Job Title

1st Shift Warehouse Worker / General Labor – Manufacturing $20-22/hr

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands‑on general labor tasks across multiple departments. This role includes counting and sorting sheet metal parts, sanding and washing components, supporting paint preparation, and moving materials throughout the facility. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and flexibility to work where production needs are greatest.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including counting, sorting, and moving sheet metal parts
• Accurately count and organize components at the parts table in a repetitive, process‑driven environment
• Use hand tools to buff and sand parts to required specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for sanding, washing, and related prep work
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality requirements
• Work in the paint area using a facemask to spray parts as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines when working in dusty or fumy areas
• Stand for the full shift while performing production and warehouse tasks
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties
• Maintain housekeeping standards in a dirty manufacturing environment
• Remain flexible and rotate between departments (parts table, sanding/washing, paint) based on operational needs
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform general labor in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely
• Strong attention to detail when counting, sanding, sorting, and painting parts
• Willingness and flexibility to work in different production areas

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hector, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hector,MN.
