Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics (3PL) provider offering a comprehensive range of supply chain solutions. This position is based in Memphis, TN, supporting a major Walmart operation. The facility operates as a cross‑dock, managing product sorting, trailer loading, and transportation scheduling.
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing cross‑dock operations, inventory, and workflow
- Leading strategic planning, process improvement, and problem‑solving initiatives
- Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Interacting daily with the customer to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Directly managing 2 Supervisors and 60+ hourly associates
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the customer and/or Facility Manager
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- 3+ years of management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong work ethic and a competitive, growth‑oriented mindset
