Company Description
ARETYN is a premium sportswear brand redefining how clubs experience teamwear. Built by former club directors, ARETYN was created to solve the inefficiencies, lack of flexibility, and inconsistent service that have long defined the industry. Today, we partner with 400+ clubs across the U.S. and Europe, supporting over 50,000 athletes through a fully integrated, direct-to-club model.
We combine design-led product, scalable technology, and a service standard that prioritizes reliability, speed, and transparency. From fully custom kits to streamlined team stores and operational infrastructure, every part of the ARETYN experience is built to give clubs more control—and a higher standard. Our approach is simple: Raise the bar on product, elevate the level of service, and operate with precision at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Why join ARETYN's operations team?
At ARETYN, operations is a core part of our competitive advantage. This role provides hands-on exposure to how a high-growth sportswear company manages logistics, production coordination, and inventory planning at scale. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and gain direct insight into how decisions are made around turnaround times, product readiness, and operational strategy. Rather than being limited to a single function, you will be involved across multiple areas of the business, contributing to real-time problem solving and execution.
This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in operations. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, own processes, and play a larger role in improving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Team members who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong performance will be trusted with more ownership and progression within the operations team as ARETYN continues to grow.
