Position Overview

ARETYN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our Teamwear operations. This role focuses on coordinating operational workflows, supporting turnaround times, and helping navigate logistical challenges across production, inventory, and order fulfillment. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that products, designs, and timelines are aligned with ARETYN’s operational standards.

This is an entry-level position with exposure to multiple areas of operations, including coordination, inventory planning, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational workflows to ensure target turnaround times are met
• Assist in coordinating product readiness and alignment across orders and timelines
• Review and help ensure designs and product setups are operationally compliant
• Track order progress and support visibility across production and delivery timelines
• Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels and availability
• Support basic inventory forecasting and demand planning efforts
• Compile and summarize operational data (order volumes, timelines, inventory levels)
• Assist the Director of Operations with reporting, coordination, and follow-ups
• Identify and communicate logistical challenges or process inefficiencies proactively
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and tracking tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, partnerships, production) to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field)
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, coordination, or analytical roles is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel / Google Sheets preferred)
