A fast-paced, highly respected investment and operations platform is seeking a sharp, bilingual Executive Assistant and Operations Associate. This role is a true right-hand position for someone who thrives on execution, prioritization, and operating at a high level with minimal oversight. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and family office counterparts, playing a key role in keeping both business and day-to-day operations running seamlessly.


What You’ll Do

• Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and schedules with precision

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics

• Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, helping prioritize time and communications

• Support internal operations, cross-functional coordination, and project management

• Drive ad hoc projects and help move key initiatives forward

• Anticipate needs, adjust priorities quickly, and execute efficiently

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken, read, and ability to type) is a must

• 2–8 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience (senior-level support strongly preferred)

• Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior executives

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented

• Strong operational instincts with the ability to improve processes and workflows

• Confident communicator who can work with direct, fast-moving leadership

• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

• Startup or similarly fast-paced environment experience is a plus

Compensation

$100K–$130K base
