Job Title: Operations Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering purchase orders, invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email. You will interact with customers for order placements, follow up with shipping and logistics companies, and assist with additional office duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Enter purchase orders and process invoices accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service through telephone and email communication.
  • Interact with customers for order placements and follow up with shipping and logistics companies.
  • Assist with various office duties as required.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous office administration experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong administrative support skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Personality fit with a team of experienced colleagues is crucial.
  • Reliable and dependable with a proactive attitude.
  • Lives reasonably close to the workplace.
Work Environment

The position is based in a family-oriented company with a casual office environment. You will work alongside two experienced colleagues, requiring a personality that meshes well with the team. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
