We are a Danish company, a global leader in Safe Patient Handling Technology with ceiling mounted patient lifts, that provides our customers with more "Time to Care" across the entire range of healthcare needs and environments.

We would love to speak with you if you enjoy working with people, need a flexible work environment and part time hours. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our office operations run smoothly and providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers/visitors in a friendly open manner
  • Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and route accordingly
  • Support Medford Office staff as needed with research, projects and day to day issues as they arise.
  • Support Director of Client Services in event planning and travel logistics for commercial sales area, regional sales meetings, client meetings and new hire travel for in office training.
  • Support Marketing team with NGAB travel arrangements for guests and internal team members
  • Ensure Medford office runs smoothly by completing ongoing tasks including bill payments, internal catering and ordering kitchen/office supplies, maintaining a clean an organized environment.
  • Process FedEx and USPS shipments for Medford office


Requirements

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in an office setting preferred
