Role Description

This a full-time, on-site position based in Gaithersburg, MD. Responsibilities include optimizing operational systems, supporting team growth, implementing data-driven tools and strategies, coordinating logistics, and overseeing project timelines. We’re building a systems-driven real estate business designed to scale, and we’re looking for the person who can help turn vision into consistent execution. This is not a typical operations role - it’s an opportunity to step into a high-impact position focused on building and running the systems that drive growth, with a clear path into senior operational leadership. Qualifications

  • Strong operational management skills, including system optimization and process improvement
  • Project management and timeline coordination expertise with solid organizational and follow-through skills
  • Experience with workflow management systems, contact relationship management, and systems/process development or improvement


Compenstion

  • Base salary + performance-based incentives
