Role Description

This a full-time, on-site position based in Gaithersburg, MD. Responsibilities include optimizing operational systems, supporting team growth, implementing data-driven tools and strategies, coordinating logistics, and overseeing project timelines. We’re building a systems-driven real estate business designed to scale, and we’re looking for the person who can help turn vision into consistent execution. Qualifications

Strong operational management skills, including system optimization and process improvement
