🔥 What You’re Walking Into

Right now, we have strong lead flow and a strong team. What we don’t have is a fully optimized inside sales system.

That’s your opportunity.

You’ll be stepping into:

  • 35+ inbound leads per day, Monday through Saturday
  • A lead management system that is currently inefficient and needs to be rebuilt
  • A driven, competitive team that actually wants to win
  • Full ownership to design and build this department the right way

🧠 The Role

This is not a “manage what exists” role. This is a build something elite role.

You are responsible for how every lead is handled from the second it comes in to the moment it is fully worked.

That includes:

  • Designing and optimizing the full lead intake and follow up system
  • Managing and improving our use of Salesforce
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs like incoming calls, appointment set rate, show rate, cancellations, and follow up performance
  • Ensuring real time response across all channels including calls, webforms, text messages, emails, and referrals
  • Building scripts, processes, and systems that people actually use
  • Recruiting, training, and developing inside sales reps
  • Leading from the front by stepping in on calls when needed. You can do the job, not just oversee it

💰 Compensation and Benefits

This role is built for someone who wants to be rewarded based on performance and impact.

  • Base salary between 90K and 120K
  • Performance bonuses and revenue share between 80K and 180K+

On-target earnings land between 175K and 275K+, with top performers earning 300K+ as they build and scale the system 💰

We also offer full health insurance and full dental coverage.
