We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Commercial Lease Manager for our Accounting + Finance industry. This challenging role is perfect for a motivated individual with a solid background in healthcare real estate and a passion for driving commercial success. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team, where you will be responsible for managing the leasing of our commercial properties and ensuring the financial viability of our real estate investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial leasing process, including the negotiation and execution of leases, tenant relations, and lease administration.
  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
  • Review and analyze lease agreements and financial reports to ensure compliance with lease terms and to identify potential issues.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of rents, taxes, and other expenses related to the properties.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to address any legal issues related to the leases, including disputes, evictions, and litigation.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the properties and the effectiveness of the leasing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, leasing practices, and financial principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Real estate license or certification is preferred.
