Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Colorado Springs, CO, as an Office Operations Coordinator. The role involves managing daily operational functions, providing administrative support, assisting with scheduling, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Responsibilities include facilitating outstanding customer service experiences, communicating with staff and clients, and maintaining operational records. The Office Operations Coordinator will work closely with the management team to uphold Prime IV's high standards and exceptional client care.


What You’ll Do

Own the Office

  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Manage vendors, supplies, maintenance, and overall upkeep
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate workspace setup and office needs

Support the Team

  • Help create a great in-office experience (events, team support, day-to-day details)
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Assist with internal coordination and communication

Front Desk & Operations

  • Greet visitors and create a professional first impression
  • Manage front desk coverage and client flow
  • Handle scheduling, calls, and general inquiries

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics
  • Support leadership with organization and follow-ups
  • Keep documents, systems, and files organized

Cross-Functional Support

  • Help keep projects moving and follow up on tasks
  • Jump in where needed, this role flexes with the business


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in office coordination, admin, or similar roles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with leadership and guests
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and common office tools


Compensation & Benefits

  • $22/hour (full-time, non-exempt)
