Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Office Coordinator in Bowling Green, KY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Bowling Green, KY 42101

Pay rate: $16-$17.50/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations by developing and maintaining efficient systems and routines
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects while ensuring timely completion of all work in progress
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support organizational needs
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Analyze data, support special projects, and contribute to process improvements while assisting with day-to-day operations and team coordination

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset; ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and quickly learn new systems and processes
