Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our operations team. This position supports general office, administrative, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support general office functions and administrative duties
  • Process, scan, file, and review various company documents
  • Maintain accurate shipping, invoicing, and company records
  • Assist with customer billing and related documentation
  • Assist with purchasing and errand-related tasks as needed
  • Monitor inventory of office, shipping, and operational supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of office, shipping, and common areas
  • Prepare and ship packages accurately and on time
  • Create and manage shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, labels)
  • Gather, inspect, and package parts for outgoing shipments
  • Handle package drop-offs and assist with receiving activities
  • Complete end-of-day shipping room closing procedures


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in office support, administrative assistance, customer service, shipping, receiving, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
