Robert Half is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to support daily back-office operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative support functions, enjoys working in a team-oriented setting, and has experience handling reprographics, mail services, intake functions, and general office operations.
This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for conversion based on performance and business needs.
Position Overview
The Office Services Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality office support services, including reprographics, mail handling, intake functions, hospitality support, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reprographics, mail, scanning, copying, intake, and office support functions according to established procedures
- Ensure job tickets and service requests are properly completed prior to beginning work
- Print documents directly from email attachments and electronic submissions
- Prioritize and manage workflow to meet contracted deadlines and client expectations
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform quality assurance checks on completed work
- Load and maintain printers, copiers, toner, paper supplies, and related equipment
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain logs and documentation related to office services activities
- Support hospitality, reception, and additional administrative functions as needed
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and client-site procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of office services, administrative support, or reprographics experience preferred
- Prior experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment is highly preferred
- Ability to independently print and process documents from email attachments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with office equipment including copiers, scanners, printers, and mail systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working around office machinery including printers, scanners, bindery equipment, paper cutters, and toner supplies
