Job Title: Office Assistant (Receptionist)

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a one-hour lunch; slight flexibility may be available. Fully onsite role (5 days/week).

Job Description:

The Office Assistant will act as the face of the office, delivering exceptional front desk support while assisting with a variety of administrative functions. This individual will help maintain daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Front Desk Support:


Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression

Manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately

Oversee reception areas, keeping spaces clean, organized, and presentable


Administrative Coordination:


Provide support with scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination

Assist in planning meetings, including reserving rooms and preparing materials

Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document management, and filing

Support basic invoice handling and administrative processing tasks


Office Operations:


Help coordinate internal activities and small office events

Provide backup assistance to administrative staff when needed

Contribute to smooth day-to-day office functionality


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required

2–4 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
