Oil and Gas client based in The Woodlands is looking for a driven and self-motivated direct hire Office Administrator to oversee daily office and administrative support

  • Front desk coverage, answering phones, managing mail, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendors.
  • Assist with accounting tasks such as reviewing invoices, tracking credit memos, supporting billing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support vendor and customer setup by collecting and verifying required information and documentation.
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and internal processes related to vendor and customer information.
  • Coordinate company events, team lunches, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Work closely with accounting, sales, and leadership teams to support day-to-day business operations.
  • Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced team environment.
