Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Location:Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – onsite required)

Duration:3‑month contract to hire

About the Role

Our client,Huntington National Bank, is seeking an experiencedOrganizational Change Manager (OCM)to support a large‑scaleWay of Working transformation—an enterprise initiative focused onAgile and Product operating model alignment. This role plays a critical part in driving adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across the organization.

The ideal candidate hashands‑on transformational OCM experience, strong executive presence, and a data‑driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational change management efforts for enterprise Agile and Product transformations
  • Partner with executives andSeniorleaders to coach and enable them to effectively champion change
  • Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Assess organizational and role-level impacts to drive change readiness
  • Define and track adoption and engagement metrics; deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership
  • Design and manage feedback loops (e.g., surveys, listening sessions) and translate insights into executive-ready data
  • Build readiness kits, change documentation, and enablement materials for targeted stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Agile and Product teams to align change efforts with delivery cadence
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leadingtransformational organizational change initiatives
  • Demonstrated technology change management experience(banking experience not required)
  • Strong understanding ofAgile and Product-based ways of working
  • Experience coaching executives through large-scale change
  • Data-driven approach with experience developing adoption and change effectiveness metrics
  • Hands-on OCM experience (beyond communications-only roles)
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise “ways of working” or operating model transformations
  • Strong storytelling, influence, and executive communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
