Flexible Scheduling Options

Design a schedule that fits your life:

  • Traditional 5-day, 8-hour days
  • Four 10-hour days
  • Three 10–12-hour days


Compensation

  • $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
  • Opportunity to choose pay model (hourly or pay-per-visit if desired)

Who You Are

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Passionate about improving children’s lives
  • Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited about innovation in healthcare
