bank, credit card, and payment platform reconciliationsPerform accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations and processingReconcile fundraising databases with financial recordsPrepare and execute journal entriesManage receipt documentation for all transactionsEnter budgets into QBO for clientsTrack and monitor restricted grants in QBORecommend and implement client QBO improvementsGenerate financial reports, including variance analysis narratives, for assigned clientsPrepare and file 1099s for clients Provide audit support documentation as neededServe as primary bookkeeping contact for assigned clients and directly interact via email and ZoomCommunicate proactively about deliverables, questions, and recommendationsCollaborate with Financial Strategists and
