Job Description
A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Network Operations Specialist to support large‑scale retail network operations by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SD‑WAN, RF/Wi‑Fi, and telephony systems across domestic and international locations. This role is operationally focused and critical to ensuring reliable connectivity and a strong end‑user experience.
Responsibilities May Include:
-Support Cisco SD‑WAN network connectivity and Cisco Call Manager telephony services
-Provide RF/Wi‑Fi network support across a large, distributed retail environment
-Proactively monitor network performance using monitoring and analytics tools
-Manage and resolve incidents in alignment with SLA requirements
-Deliver high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
-Partner with field teams, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
-Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and support to ensure stability
