Enterprise Network Strategy and Architectural Oversight
Leads the strategic planning, design validation, and governance of hybrid network infrastructures, ensuring secure, scalable, and policy-driven deployments across FortiGate SD-WAN, Cisco RandS, and wireless domains.
Multi-Vendor Security and Access Policy Governance
Oversees unified firewall, SD-WAN, and wireless access policies across Fortinet platforms; ensures compliance with regulatory standards, enforces segmentation strategies, and aligns policy rollouts with business needs.
Cross-Domain Program Delivery and Vendor Coordination
Manages the end-to-end delivery of large-scale network transformation projects—including SD-WAN rollouts, secure WLAN upgrades, and campus core network refreshes—by coordinating with OEMs, MSPs, and internal teams.
Operational Excellence, Risk, and Incident Management
Provides technical leadership during high-severity incidents and change windows, drives post-incident analysis and continuous service improvement (CSI), and ensures proactive risk mitigation across Fortinet and Cisco ecosystems.
Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1-L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Oversees financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization within delivery units, ensuring efficient utilization, sustained profitability, and consistent service excellence.
