Position Overview
Broadview Communities is a growing owner and operator of manufactured housing communities
across the United States. We are seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Property Manager to oversee multiple
South Carolina communities, improve property performance, support residents, and lead operations
in the field.
Read This First
This is not a desk-only property management role.
You will be in the field. You will walk communities, meet with residents, coordinate vendors, support
onsite operations, enforce standards, and solve problems in real time.
The Opportunity
We do not want someone who only reports problems. We want someone who takes ownership of the
properties and helps improve them.
You will be responsible for operations, occupancy, resident satisfaction, maintenance follow-up,
property standards, and team accountability across multiple communities.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Performance Bonuses tied to occupancy, collections, and NOI
Override commissions tied to leasing performance

Requirements
• 3+ years of multi-site management experience preferred
• Property management, hospitality, retail, or field operations experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with property management software
• Travel between South Carolina communities
• Ability to walk properties regularly
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
