Location: Dillon / Florence, SC (On-Site)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: $35,000–$38,000 (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Multi-Unit Property Manager

Position Overview
The Collections Assistant plays a critical role in protecting the financial health of our communities.
This position is responsible for accounts receivable follow-up, delinquency management, lease
compliance, and eviction-related coordination.

The Mission

What You'll Do
• Manage delinquent accounts and payment plans
• Prepare and track notices and legal deadlines
• Assist with eviction coordination and documentation
• Conduct resident follow-up and field verification when needed
• Maintain accurate records and system updates
• Support property management and accounting teams
What Success Looks Like
• Learn Broadview's collections process
• Become proficient in company systems
• Independently manage collection activities
• Build strong working relationships with residents and team members
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years collections, AR, property management, or related experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
