We’re seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with surgeons, clinical staff, and decision-makers across your territory.

From the operating room to executive-level conversations, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—demonstrating products, supporting live procedures, and helping healthcare providers achieve optimal results.

• Represent MicroAire products to physicians, surgical teams, and healthcare stakeholders
• Provide hands-on product demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical environments
• Deliver real-time technical support during surgical procedures
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Grow your territory through strategic account development and education initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth

• Experience in medical sales or B2B sales (medical device experience preferred)
• Familiarity with orthopedic procedures and operating room protocols
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
