Direct Hire - $32.75/hr

Job Description

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition to developing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide maintenance supervision.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Engage in risk management activities.

Essential Skills

• Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.
• Ability to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with control systems, data analysis, and project management.
• Adherence to safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Six Sigma and CMMS.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $68120.00 - $68120.00/yr.
