Work Environment
This role operates in a well-lit manufacturing facility on a 1st shift schedule, typically Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with additional required hours on some Fridays, especially in the spring and summer, which may be up to 10 hours. The environment can become very warm in the summer, with temperatures reaching 80–90 degrees, so you must be comfortable working in the heat for extended periods. Work is hands-on and physical, involving standing for long periods, working on an assembly line, and regularly using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, power drills, rivet guns, sockets, and wrenches. The facility emphasizes safety and organization, and attire should be practical and suitable for a production and manufacturing setting.
