Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B
You will join the team to build and test small, highly complex mechanical components that support high-performance applications. Your work directly impacts product quality and reliability for the organization’s precision products. This is an onsite role in Elyria, OH with shift options (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM).
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Assemble small, complex mechanical and electromechanical components
- Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to build assemblies
- Inspect and test assemblies to meet quality and tolerance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members in a close, cell-based setting
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED (required prior to interview)
- Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience or formal mechanical training
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and measuring devices
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes

- 2+ years of mechanical or precision assembly experience
- Experience with small, intricate assemblies (e.g., pumps, motors, electrical components)

Pay Range
$11.83 - $14.79/hour
