Academic Background
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or overseeing enterprise data quality initiatives.
- At least two years of demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or formally leading Data Analysts, Data Stewards, or related roles.
- Strong practical experience managing Item or Product Master data within large-scale ERP or MDM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Stibo, or similar systems.

- Thorough understanding of MDM frameworks, best practices, governance models, and supporting technologies.

- Advanced skills in data extraction and analysis using tools such as SQL.

ERP & Business Process Knowledge
- Deep functional knowledge of how product and item data supports and affects key business operations, including supply chain, inventory management, procurement, finance, and retail/POS environments (e.g., APEX).
