Purpose: To lead marketing initiatives and graphic design services for Modern Salon and Spa for each of our three locations. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, print/digital and social media, ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central driver of overall marketing strategy and execution across all locations
- Own creation of all branded marketing materials across digital and in-salon (promotions, events, product launches, education, signage)
- Creates copy for email blasts and social media
- Plans and executes all social media content and engagement including Facebook and Instagram Ad functions
- Handle operational marketing needs like donations, seasonal campaigns, and collateral ordering
- Partner with leadership and managers to develop campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency and elevated visual identity across all touchpoints
- Oversee influencer partnerships and community-driven marketing efforts
- Educates team members on social media best practices and optimization
- Schedule and coordinate all photography and videography needed
- Create and design all marketing materials, which include, event fliers, package sales sheets, salon displays, product launch fliers, education fliers, monthly promotional fliers
- Manage website content and design
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar with prior experience in a marketing role.
- Experienced and strong communicator
- Self Motivated, and able to prioritize job duties, but stay energized when that plan changes
- Experience with paid ads and content creation
Base Pay: starting at $50,000 + career path opportunities
