Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: On-site, South River, NJ

Compensation: $30/hr.

Employment Type: Part-Time, Temporary | 10-15 hours per week

Our client is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to support the planning, development, and execution of their marketing and communications initiatives. This role is responsible for promoting our client’s brand, products, and services through strategic, consistent, and timely messaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and communications strategies to promote the organization’s brand, products, and services
• Manage the website, social media channels, and incoming marketing requests
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
• Develop cohesive messaging, branding, and content across digital, social, and promotional platforms
• Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support campaigns, events, and programs
• Create and capture content at events, including livestreaming, photography, and real-time digital engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of related marketing and communications experience
• Proficiency with Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe, and social media platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
