Instant Impact is excited to be partnering with a Globally known Finance company for a Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, you’ll support strategic marketing activations across a North American business, bringing a well-rounded skill set across performance marketing channels, content, events, and email marketing. You’ll lead the execution and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring content is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with brand and commercial objectives.


With strong copywriting, SEO, and CMS experience, alongside working knowledge of HubSpot and Canva, you’ll help drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. This is a fast-paced, creative role within an agile team, ideal for a proactive marketer ready to contribute to a growing organisation’s success.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Marketing

  • Develop and activate content marketing plans across client segments and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver content that drives lead generation and brand advocacy.
  • Lead content refreshes with media partners using performance insights and market trends.
  • Optimise website content through keyword research and SEO best practices.
  • Produce engaging written and multimedia content including blogs, newsletters, white papers, videos, and podcasts.
  • Partner with internal sales, partnership and business development teams to ensure content is visually impactful and brand aligned and supports our client retention and acquisition efforts.
  • Optimise and monitor performance to refine content strategies using data insights.
  • Liaise with all external support agencies and ensure timely delivery of content.


Design & Creative Functions

  • Perform design tweaks to update existing offline and online collateral (brochures, banners, slide decks, videos, digital ads, web pages).
  • Create layouts, edit videos, and produce graphics for the organisation’s website and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all channels.
  • Manage design revisions and oversee the approval of artwork and information accuracy.


Performance Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (programmatic, social, affiliate and search).
  • Analyse data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with channel teams to develop high-impact assets.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience with web CMS, SEO, short and long-form written content, and multimedia content.
  • Understand the marketing conversion funnel.
  • Experience with engaging with creative and design agencies.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva.
  • Basic understanding of managing social media channels and content optimisation strategies.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience using HubSpot, desired not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.


Education:

  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing-related role.
