This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of life sciences and storytelling. The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with a genuine interest in advanced therapies, radiopharmaceuticals, and cell and gene therapy.
Marketing Discipline
Candidates with a primary background in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or technical B2B marketing are strongly preferred. Applicants with general consumer marketing or agency experience will be considered but are not the preferred profile for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a library of client-facing proposal and presentation templates — including statements of capability, scope-of-work presentations, and project qualification decks — ensuring brand-consistent visuals, clear narrative structure, and professional polish appropriate for biotech and pharmaceutical executive audiences. Collaborate with business development leads and project managers to tailor proposals and pitch materials to specific client opportunities, translating technical scope into persuasive, accessible storytelling.
- Develop, manage, and execute a multi-platform social media strategy that positions Orchestra as a thought leader in advanced therapies, radiopharmaceuticals, and cell and gene therapy
- Create engaging content—including posts, articles, case study highlights, infographics, and short-form video—that communicates Orchestra’s value proposition, project milestones, and industry insights
- Serve as the guardian of Orchestra’s brand identity, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing touchpoints
- Manage and optimize the company website (orchestralifesciences.com)
- Partner with Orchestra’s executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content, including blog posts, whitepapers, conference presentations, and press materials
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (engagement, reach, website traffic, lead generation) to continuously optimize performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing—preferably in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or a technical B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to produce visually compelling, executive-level proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks for scientific and business audiences — including experience supporting a consultative or project-based sales process
- Proven track record of growing brand awareness and engagement through social media and digital campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical and scientific content into accessible, compelling narratives
- Proficiency with social media management tools, and analytics platforms
- Understanding of the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry landscape, including regulatory sensitivities around marketing communications
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical subject matter experts, executives, and external partners
Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing for companies in the radiopharmaceutical, nuclear medicine, or cell and gene therapy sectors
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Experience with paid social advertising and SEM/PPC campaign management
- Knowledge of FDA and regulatory considerations as they relate to pharmaceutical marketing communications
- Experience developing proposal content and client-facing presentation materials in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment, including familiarity with SOW or RFP response formats
