The Role


You own Prismera's LinkedIn presence end to end. Posts, product animations, narrative, the customer voice, all of it. You will take the raw material of what we are building and turn it into content that makes the market pay attention.


This is a hands-on creative role. You produce the work, you run the cadence, and you bring the ideas. The founders set the voice and review everything before it goes live, so you always have a clear bar and fast feedback. Within that, the day-to-day is yours to run.


What You'll Do


  • Own the day-to-day LinkedIn presence: planning, drafting, and publishing on a consistent cadence.
  • Ship polished motion content that shows the product doing real work.
  • Write in Prismera's voice. Sharp, direct, no marketing filler. You will be given the voice and the guardrails. Your job is to execute it at a high level and at volume.
  • Craft narratives around the product, the team, and what we are building, turning technical and operational substance into content people actually stop to read.
  • Amplify customer and client voices. Surface their wins, their workflows, and their results in a way that builds credibility with the institutional CRE market.
  • Track what performs, learn from it, and adjust. Bring a point of view on what is working and what we should do more of.


Who You Are


  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate.
  • A strong writer with real taste. You can tell the difference between content that lands and content that sounds like every other corporate feed.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and excited to learn new ones.
  • A creative portfolio is required. Social you have run, writing, design, video, motion, anything that shows you can make things people want to look at.
  • Self-directed. You take an idea and run with it without needing a detailed brief for every post.
  • Fast learner. You do not need to know commercial real estate or B2B SaaS coming in. You need to be the kind of person who picks up a new domain quickly and gets fluent fast.
  • Bonus: any familiarity with commercial real estate, B2B SaaS, financial services, or AI-native products.


Logistics


  • Hourly, part-time. $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
  • 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Hybrid in New York City

We have enterprise customers, real revenue, and a product in a market where the incumbent software is decades old. Most companies in this space have no idea how to talk about themselves. We do, and we need someone to carry that voice across LinkedIn and make it impossible to ignore. You would be the person who shapes how the market sees Prismera at the moment it is breaking out.
