eCommerce Intern

About the Role

We are building foundational elements to support the growth of Source Atlantique’s eCommerce business and are seeking a eCommerce Intern to support key initiatives.

This is a hands-on role with exposure to real-world eCommerce operations, where you will support projects from concept through execution. Potential to extend based on performance and business needs. This role is remote.

You will operate as both:

• eCommerce Operations Support (executing day-to-day initiatives)
• Project Contributor (supporting timelines, deliverables, and coordination)

You will work closely with internal teams to support ongoing projects tied to our brands including If You Care, La Baleine, D’Arbo, and Narin’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of a new 3PL (third-party logistics) provider for eCommerce
• Assist in building out and managing Amazon Seller Central catalog
• Coordinate product photoshoots and support content creation (images, video, enhanced content)
• Manage and update product content across brand listings
• Support merchandising and product listing optimization
• Help organize and track project deliverables and timelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiencies

Basic Qualifications

• Interest in eCommerce, retail, or digital business
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, international business, marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Amazon Seller Central or eCommerce platforms
• Interest in product marketing, merchandising, or digital content
• Experience working on projects or internships in related fields
• Familiarity with Excel or basic data organization

Compensation

$20/hour

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Requirements

• Available with a flexible schedule based on academic commitments, with potential for extension
