Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tulsa, OK. The Marketing Development Coordinator will design and execute marketing strategies, manage projects, and support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and distributing press releases, overseeing marketing campaigns, crafting compelling written content, and developing communication strategies to enhance the company’s public presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful project outcomes. Drive audience engagement through targeted email and social media campaigns, improving reach and customer interaction. Execute end-to-end campaign strategies, turning innovative ideas into measurable marketing outcomes and represent company at various trade shows.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, including verbal, written, and interpersonal collaboration
  • Experience creating and distributing Press Releases to media and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Marketing practices, strategies, and analytics
  • Proven expertise in Writing and producing high-quality, engaging content
  • Additional qualifications such as experience in the firearms industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content management systems is an advantage
